One of our local fitness facilities – Rapid Fitness – is now offering group classes. The schedule is as follows:
Mondays 6:15 PM Bootcamp with Christine; Tuesdays 6:00 AM Strength with Matt; Tuesdays 6:15 PM Kettlebell with Dylan; Wednesdays 6:15 PM Bootcamp with Christine; Thursdays 6:00 AM Strength with Matt; Thursdays 5:15 PM Kettlebell with Dylan; Thursdays 7:15 PM PiYo with Margo; and Saturdays 7:30 AM rotating class.
